This feels more like an Airbnb arrangement. When we arrived, we had difficulty finding the location (we wouldnt have found it, despite showing numerous locals the address from Ctrip in Chinese, if we hadnt had the pictures of the "hotel" from this site, so thank goodness for those). Then, there was no reception desk per se. Just a security guard, who was kind enough to call the number on our Ctrip booking (thank goodness we had the number). Who spoke to a woman, and 5 minutes later she met us in the lobby and showed us to our room. If she hadnt been on the premises at the time (I presume in her own apartment), we might have had to wait for awhile for her. She didnt speak any English. She gave us a key, and that was about it. Somehow we managed to pay her, ask her about the wifi, and communicate that the checkout procedure was just to leave the key on the coffee table when we left. She didnt scan our passports which a regular hotel would do. I called Ctrip to ask if we needed to report to a police station within 24 hours, since it wasnt a regular hotel. They said we were fine, but Im still not so sure....
There was a charge to use the swimming pool (12.5 RMB/person), which we eventually learned was on the 4th floor of the building. The couches were grimy, the cabinets in the kitchenette were dirty (we spotted several cockroaches), and the few dishes didnt look clean. There was no chain lock or any way to lock the room to block another person with a key from coming into the room.
Although its a great location (1 block away from Walmart, 2 blocks away from a mall, right by the MTR), I would not recommend this facility.[2019-03-20 17:38]

房间很大,设施齐全,交通便利,但是在马路边太吵了,设施陈旧,房间太脏,床塌的,空调不凉,衣柜一股发霉的味道,阳台门居然还没有窗帘,完全没有安全感。
